Terms & Conditions 

Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. By ordering any of our products, understand that you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

By placing an order with Stone Cold Witches, you confirm acceptance of the terms & conditions, which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Stone Cold Witches for the sale and supply of any products. 

None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by us.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Stone Cold Witches in confidence to protect your personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, and to provide offers and information on our products. 

The information you provide is only available to Stone Cold Witches and Mayfli Ltd (please find their T&Cs here) and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Stone Cold Witches or Mayfli Ltd to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the terms & conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside Stone Cold Witches control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Stone Cold Witches is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. 

Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. 

The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

Product Information

Stone Cold Witches reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of a product being sold out, Stone Cold Witches has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Stone Cold Witches shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website. If an error is discovered in the price of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.

As items are handmade to order and all crystals used are unique, there will be differences in appearance between products. We cannot be held responsible for any differences in colour between the image on our site and the actual product.

Payment & Billing

All products remain Stone Cold Witches property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Any shipping costs and payment fees are recognised and confirmed before confirming the purchase. 

You confirm that all details you provide to Stone Cold Witches for the purpose of ordering and purchasing goods are true, accurate, and current, and that the credit card or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at Stone Cold Witches. You agree to promptly update your account and other information including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All transfers conducted through Stone Cold Witches are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

Stone Cold Witches reserve the right to end our agreement with you if you fail to make payment to us when due, you breach any of our terms and conditions, or if we suspect that you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have any way been involved in fraudulent or illegal activity with us.

Stone Cold Witches reserves the right to refuse any order placed with us and may in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per order, per person or per household. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event of a cancellation or change to order we may attempt to contact you as way of notification, this may be via information provided at the placement of order - phone number, email, billing address etc. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors

Ordering & Delivery

When placing an order you agree that all information given is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If Stone Cold Witches does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you require we will notify you to offer alternatives or the expected delay in delivery.

The delivery period stated is an approximate timescale. Goods will be sent to the address given in your order.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense and are of the customers responsibility to fulfill.

Liability

Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Stone Cold Witches or any persons acting under our consent be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including but not limited to any error or omission in any content, or any loss of any kind incurred as a result of the purchase or use of our products or content

Disputes

Any dispute relating to any activity on Stone Cold Witches or the purchase of any Stone Cold Witches products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the UK and follow the UK legal system, unless you have in some way threatened or violated Stone Cold Witches’s intellectual property rights, whereby Stone Cold Witches may seek an injunctive.
