Description
The gorgeous mix of purple, green and white are blended together to make this unique donut shaped pendant necklace. Created with polymer clay and finished with a fine varnish, the necklace is a homage to the women of past and present who stand shoulder to shoulder. Wear it and make your statement of sisterhood
Polymer clay is a hard baked medium that allows colours to be mixed without losing their integrity. It is strung on a narrow jeweller's cord and the length can be adjusted to the preferred size after it has been slipped over the wearer's head.
I first started working in polymer clay to make artisan buttons. I felt some deserved to be worn and started making small beads and pendants. Every piece is unique - it's impossible to replicate. So you can be confident that whether this is for you or as a gift, it is truly a one-off.
The diameter of the donut is 32mm (about the size of a 50p piece) and the thong is approx 70cm.
