Our shop on Canal Road, Inverness is open from 9am til 5pm Monday to Friday and from 10am to 4pm on a Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays.
We generally open on Bank Holidays except for Christmas and New Year where we will close for the statutory holidays in Scotland.

We hand make our items to the highest standard, each item being carefully inspected prior to leaving our workshop. Quality control is utmost at Lucy Wagtail, this, together with our fabulous customer care policy make us your safe and reliable choice.
While we accept returns, you must discuss this with us prior to returning the item. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item if you intend to return it. The customer will remain liable for the cost of the return postage unless the return is due to a fault in the product or the wrong item hs been sent.
International returns must be marked "RETURN" and a tracked method of posting must be used, if this is not done, the customer will be liable for any duty etc charged on re-entry into the UK.
Customised items are not returnable or refundable.

One genuine 100% wool Harris Tweed, double sided cushion cover. This luxury cushion cover is handmade with care and attention to detail at our Lucy Wagtail workshop in Inverness, Scotland.
This smart mid grey twill cushion cover is available with the same tweed on the reverse side of the cushion and a discreet zip closure.

The Harris Tweed Orb authentication label is sewn to the bottom left of the cushion as standard please let us know if your preference is to leave the label off in the box below.
PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for the cushion cover only - the insert is not included but suitably sized inserts are widely available.Cushion pads are widely available to purchase to fill your cushion cover. Lucy Wagtail cushion covers are made to the size specified (approximately) therefore, in order to achieve a plump, snug fit, please use a cushion pad a size larger (50cm x 50cm/20" x 20") than the cover you are ordering.Please visit our website for a full range of sizes.
