Terms & Conditions 

Before making payment, please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at Hennabyhalema, you confirm that you accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Hennabyhalema for the sale and supply of any products. 

Please note that these terms & conditions does not affect your statutory rights. 

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Hennabyhalema in confidence to protect your personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, and to provide offers and information on our products. 

Force Majeure

Events outside Hennabyhalema control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Hennabyhalema is released from obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. 

Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. 

The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

Payment

All products remain in our property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised and confirmed before confirming the purchase. 

You confirm that all details you provide to Hennabyhalema for the purpose of ordering and purchasing goods are true, accurate, and current, and that the credit card or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

All transfers conducted through Hennabyhalema are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. 

Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Hennabyhalema reserve the right to end our agreement with you if you fail to make payment to us when due, you breach any of our terms and conditions, or if we suspect that you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have any way been involved in fraudulent or illegal activity with us.

Ordering

When placing an order you agree that all information given is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If Hennabyhalema does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you require, we will notify you to offer alternatives or the expected delay in delivery.

Additional Information

Hennabyhalema reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of a product being sold out, Hennabyhalema has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Hennabyhalema shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

The delivery period stated is an approximate timescale. Goods will be sent to the address given in your order. 

Please note, although we take great measures to ensure that your order is dispatched at a timely manner, we cannot provide full guarantee that your order will arrive on time. Please allow a couple of days after expected delivery before contacting your courier, if your order has not arrived. As there are ongoing strikes, please bare this in mind when ordering and avoid last minute orders. 

Liability

We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website.

If an error is discovered in the price of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.

We cannot be held responsible for any differences in colour between the image on our site and the actual product.

We take every measure to ensure any data we collect is held securely and internet fraud is prevented. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our system.

Returns and refunds

Please note that Hennabyhalema strictly, does not offer returns or refunds for any personalised products or custom orders. 

If your item has arrived damaged or have received an incorrect or faulty item during transit, please email us on hennabyhalema@outlook.com for it to be looked into further. We will try out best to come to an agreement, even if that is to a voucher of the order value. Please note, delivery and return postage will have to be covered by the buyer. Once we have received the return postage, only then will we send out the replacement,

We have the right to refuse an agreement or replacement if there is any inappropriate or unreasonable behaviour. You can also be banned from shopping with us in the future.
