If your order is damaged, incorrect or faulty then we ask that you report the damage to us within 14 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos of the product. If your order was damaged during transit please also include photos of the damage to the packaging. If we ask you to return the item, please send via standard rate shipping obtaining a proof of shipping and receipt for your records (return shipping will be refunded to you). Do not return an item without agreement from us. We will then replace/refund your order when we receive the returned item.

The hog card features the words 'Hogs and Kisses' on the front - if you would prefer that this was not printed on the card then please ensure you include this instruction with your order
Each card is A5 folded to A6 and presented with a brown craft envelope and, then the 5 cards are packed in a cello bag for protection
We print and pack all of our own cards - printed on 245gsm acid free white textured fine art card using industry standard printing system and inks to give high longevity and excellent reproduction of my original artwork
Blank inner to insert own message, the rear provides the artwork title and artist's logo
