Damaged/Incorrect/Faulty Items

Please report any issues with the item within 7 days of receiving the item.  When you e-mail to advise, please ensure you include photographs of the item.  If the order was damaged during transit, again, please provide photographs of the damage to the packaging.

Any breakages caused by or resulting from external factors such as wearing jewellery in bed, whilst doing housework, exercising, swimming or in the shower/bath, or spraying perfumes/lotions on items is not the responsibility of Fifi & the Peacock and we will not be liable for damage caused to our jewellery from such activities. There is a ‘care for your jewellery’ section on our website with handy tips on storing and looking after your jewellery, which we recommend you refer to before purchasing our jewellery.

If you are asked to return the item, I recommend using the Royal Mail tracked service as I cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit.  A replacement/refund will be offered once the item has been received along with the cost of the shipping.

Changed your mind

If you have changed your mind, you can return any item to Fifi and the Peacock (excluding bespoke/commissioned items) providing that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, and in its original condition.  Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.

The jewellery will be assessed on receipt and if I am satisfied it is unworn and in its original packaging, I will offer a full refund.  If your jewellery is returned to me in a non-sellable condition, I will not offer a refund, and may send your jewellery back to you.

Refunds will be minus any postage costs paid, where applicable.  If it is earrings that have been returned, the cost of replacement ear wires or posts and butterfly fittings will be deducted from the refund (the cost of this will be advised at the initial contact).  Please enclose as many helpful details as possible within your package, including your name, phone number, email address and reason for return, so that I can contact you when your package arrives.

Returning the item you would like to have refunded is your responsibility to return to me safely, and I recommend using royal mail special delivery service, as I cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit.
