If your order is damaged, incorrect or faulty then we ask that you report the damage to us within 14 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos of the product. If your order was damaged during transit please also include photos of the damage to the packaging. If we ask you to return the item, please send via standard rate shipping obtaining a proof of shipping and receipt for your records (return shipping will be refunded to you). Do not return an item without agreement from us. We will then replace/refund your order when we receive the returned item.
