With over 55 local businesses showcasing the very best of their Products and Produce. Along with 6 Street Food Vendors. Providing you with The Best Hot Food and Snacks!! 

The entire Entry Fee will be donated to Newcastle's Eagles Community Foundation Charity with 100% of the funds going to their Academy Programme.

The origins of cacao start in Central and South America. The Aztecs believed the seeds to be a gift from Quetzalcoatl, the god of wisdom. The seeds had such value that they were also used as form of currency.

These Aztec cacao bar are flavoured with chilli, allspice, vanilla and honey. Our  honey we source from a local company which aims to support local producers and honey bee conservation.

The leaves have a clear pungent and mild aroma. Usually peppermint oil is used as a flavour, which is quite strong and fiery in taste. We have managed to source an organic spearmint essential oil, made from Moroccan spearmint leaves to flavour our raw cacao with. It’s a milder flavour than peppermint, but we love it!
