Bright and cheery pastel Harris Tweed, featuring a delicate needle-felted snowdrop design. I finish each brooch with hand embroidery. They look great on jacket lapels, handbags and hats. In traditional flower meanings, snowdrops are symbols of hope and rebirth as they are often the first sign of spring breaking through frosty ground. These brooches make thoughtful gifts. The Tweed for the background is rescued from the scraps of my tailoring, diverting even the smallest pieces of textile from being sent to landfill.
