My beautiful gift wrapping is simple yet chic, depending on size, gift wrap is either hand decorated gift bag or wrapped in hand decorated our happy orange paper. with my signature copper embossed label and black gift bag or wrapping paper decorated with my selection of washi tapes! 

Add a message in the notes box at the checkout and I'll handwrite it onto one of my gift tags - just let me know the occasion so I can decorate it just right!

I'll be careful not to include any prices in your package and I can send it to you to pass on or ship directly to the lucky recipient.

I’m a qualified and highly experienced Holistic Therapist. My mission at Altruis Living is to help people to live happy and healthy lives through a combination of products and advice that are easy to create and maintain at home.

I have put together a range of tried and tested wellbeing focused products that are not only effective and natural but also ethical, animal and planet friendly. I don’t just focus on products that smell or look nice; they also need have positive wellbeing benefits as well.

Reduce, reuse, recycle

I use protective parcel fillers such as bubble wrap, polystyrene peanuts and paper which are all donated from local small businesses and householders who are joining Altruis Living in my community of Facebook groups Pass It On Packaging UK in reducing waste - reduce, reuse, recycle! 

All of my postage boxes are either donated too or are made from recycled materials. My gift packing and tissue paper is made from recycled materials and it's fully recyclable.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, or incorrect personalisation, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders, Digital downloads, Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) and Items on sale.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please return the item/s in their original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
